Refund Policy

This page explains Mioshy's refund policy. It supplements - and does not replace - our Terms of Service.

All Sales Are Final

Mioshy sells digital content that is made available immediately after payment. Accordingly, and consistent with standard practice for digital services: we do not issue refunds on subscriptions, one-time purchases, or any digital content delivered to your account once payment has been processed.

Why?

The moment a payment is approved, the content is unlocked in your account. Unlike a physical product that can be returned in sealed packaging, digital content cannot meaningfully be "returned" - so our model is forward-looking cancellation rather than retroactive refund.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account page ("My Mioshy" → "Account"). A cancellation will:

• Stop the next recurring charge and prevent any further charges.

• Not refund payments that have already been made.

• Keep your access active until the end of the current billing period.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a charge after cancellation, etc.) - that is a billing dispute, not a refund request, and we are happy to look into it.

Email us at mioshyoffice@gmail.com with the charge details. We will get back to you within 5 business days, and where an actual error is confirmed we will refund the relevant amount.

Consumer Rights Preserved

This policy does not derogate from mandatory consumer protection rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, to the extent applicable to you. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us and we will review the request on its merits.
