Information We Collect
While using the service, we collect the following information about you:
- Account details: full name, email address, preferred language and country.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe and Cardcom. We do not store your credit-card data - only a transaction identifier and invoice metadata.
- Service activity: which games you played, questions and answers you saved, sign-in dates, and aggregated usage data.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, anonymous device identifiers and language settings.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to remember your language, keep you signed in, and measure aggregated usage of the service. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may degrade the experience.
Third Parties
Data is stored and processed with leading infrastructure providers, all subject to strict security and privacy standards:
- Supabase – user data storage and database hosting.
- Vercel – website and application server hosting.
- Cloudflare – networking and security services.
- Stripe and Cardcom – payment processing only; credit-card data is never sent to us.
- Brevo – transactional email (account confirmations, password resets, account notifications).
Your Rights
To the extent we hold personal information about you, you are entitled to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate details.
- Request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
- Object to certain uses of your data, where operationally feasible.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, or as long as it is required to operate the service, enforce our terms, or comply with legal obligations (such as tax-record retention obligations under Israeli law).
Once an account is deleted, identifying information is erased or anonymized within a reasonable period; aggregated, non-identifying data may be retained for usage analytics.
Minors
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information about minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it as soon as we identify it.
