Terms of Service

By using the Mioshy website, purchasing a subscription, downloading content, or signing in with a user account, you indicate full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service and of our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and if the service is used together with a partner, that they too are an adult and consenting.

Mioshy provides digital couples games, content, and guided programs through subscriptions or one-time purchases. The service is delivered via web browser in Hebrew and English.

Creating an account requires you to supply accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, for the activity carried out under your account, and for keeping your password safe.

You may not transfer your account to another person, share it with anyone other than your partner, or sell access to it.

All sales are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to: subscription fees, one-time purchases, in-game credits, or any digital content delivered to your account.

Prices are displayed inclusive of Israeli VAT for purchases from Israel; for purchases from other jurisdictions, prices are displayed in accordance with applicable local tax rules.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

After cancelling, you will retain access to subscribed content until the end of the current billing period; access will then be revoked.

The service is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fit for any specific purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Mioshy shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Mioshy is not a substitute for professional couples counseling, psychological advice or medical treatment. If you are in emotional distress, please contact a qualified professional.

All content on the site - including questions, prompts, dares, graphics, design, code, trademarks and trade names - is the exclusive property of Bugo Media LTD or of its licensors, and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, redistribute, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of the content without the Company's prior written consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page along with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Mioshy shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms derogates from mandatory consumer protection rights under Israeli law, to the extent applicable to you, including under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
